Since a lot if people will be traveling this weekend I wanted to share one of my faaaaaavoorite hotel gym back exercises ! ——————————————————————— I kind of love working at hotel gyms. I find the limited equipment forces me to do a lot of exercises I hate and/or do things in different ways that recruit muscles I don’t use as often. I always leave them super sore! ——————————————————————— This is a great exercise and all you need is yourself and a treadmill. Target different parts of your back based on body and arm position. And have fun!
